Early Arrival (h. 09:00 – h. 13:00) 25% room rate
Late check-out (h.12:00 – h.19:00) 50% room rate
Early check-in and Late check-out outside this time range – 100% ROOM RATE
If you like to guarantee your early arrival, normally the hotel will require you to book the room one night in advance at a full price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify Best Western Congress Hotel of any changes or cancellations in your booking. E-mail booked reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number. Reservations not canceled two days (48h) prior to arrival date will be subject to charges for one night’s stay. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation automatically.
